This is the most famous standup act of Russian-born standup comedian (and psychologist) Yakov Smirnoff who emigrated to the USA and became famous there. In this act (performed for The Dangerfield's, at the 9th Annual Young Comedians Special) he's talking about his moving to the USA and the problems of settling down in a new country.
