Xbox One X Retail Edition Unboxing
Ign takes a look at the retail version of the xbox one x. The Xbox One X is the upcoming video game console from Microsoft. The new console features eight custom x86 cores clocked at 2.3GHz, weighs a total of 8.4 pounds, 12GB GDDR5 memory, and integrated AMD graphics with 6 teraflops of performance. To say this is a monster of a video game console is an understatement. The Xbox one x is very comparable to mid tier and upper tier gaming computers. Does Microsoft finally have it's center of your living room unit? Maybe, much depends on its AR (Augmented Reality) and VR (Virtual Reality) capabilities. With a wide spread niche market unifying gamers will not be easy, especially a year after its last console release via the Xbox One S.
With it's true 4K definition output this is a great step up for Microsoft and more than likely the the console that should've been released instead of the slimmer version of its console line. The Xbox One X will feature cross platform gaming for those who have friends who prefer the pc, this feature while not available for all games will be available for most of Microsoft Studios in-house games. One particular game we are looking forward to trying on this new console would be "State Of Decay 2" the sequel to the small indie hit by Undead labs. The Xbox One X will be released on November 7th 2017 at a retail price of $499.99. While we are excited about this new console one would advise those not pressed to buy to wait for the first bundle releases during the first week of December as has become the standard 30 days after release of a new console.
